Thank you very much for your order!  If you want us to hold your in-country items until your pre-order arrives, please use code LOCALPICKUP in the coupon section at checkout for this product.  You will pay for local shipping once your order arrives in the United States and we bundle the two packages together.  Otherwise, please follow the normal checkout process without this coupon code.

By placing the part of your order that is pre-ordered, you acknowledge that we will do our best to obtain the ordered item(s) for you from Japan. If we cannot, we will contact you for an alternative, or to find out if you wish to cancel the order. You also acknowledge that we are not responsible for errors in measurement on your part.

For shoe orders, you acknowledge that it may be necessary to remove a staple or other fastener at the bottom of the toe area of your shoes, undo the knot holding the hanao (thong strap) to the shoe, and extend the hanao to accommodate your foot.  We cannot do this for you, but a local shoe repair shop can do this if you do not wish to do it yourself.  We are not responsible for any fees charged by shoe repair shops.  By placing the part of your order that is pre-ordered, you acknowledge that we will do our best to obtain the ordered item(s) for you from Japan.  If we cannot, we will contact you for an alternative, or to find out if you wish to cancel the order.  You also acknowledge that we are not responsible for errors in measurement on your part.
