This bundle of vintage silk is perfect for small crafts, especially tsumami kanzashi, as well as doll clothes, pouches and purses, patchwork, and more.  Japanese silk is the best of the best among all fabric in the world–no other fabric compares, and now you have the opportunity to choose the best at reasonable prices.  The fabric is mostly medium to light weight, but more sturdy than the lightweight silk bundles.  It was cut by hand from vintage kimono and kimono jackets, and it is graded at either A (excellent) or B (very good) condition.  Any flaws allowed are very minor.

Japan uses the metric system (as opposed to America, in which we measure things by literally any other metric as long as it’s not, well, metric), so all the measurements below are given in centimeters.  Trust us, when you think in kimono, centimeters make a lot more sense.  But in case you forgot how metric measurements work, 1 inch is roughly 2.5 centimeters.
